Director/Head of Directing
Max McCall
Max McCall, born in 1998 in London, is a British director passionate about filmmaking since his school days. He earned a BA in Film and Television Production and a Masters in Directing. Known for his unique use of subtext and mise-en-scène, Max has directed films like A Last Stand and Hells Gate. Currently, he is working on an ambitious sci-fi feature with an Arabic lead and several short films, including one in post-production with MIND UK, and another based on his experiences with mentally disabled adults. Max aims to leave lasting impact on the film industry.

Head of Lighting/Equipment
Kiara Huke
Kiara Huke is a dedicated filmmaker a degree in Film and TV Production from Buckinghamshire New University. With over eight years of experience in videography and photography, she has adapted to various roles, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based in Bedfordshire, Kiara supports the local music scene by capturing live performances while balancing a retail job. Her ultimate goal is to become a Director of Photography on major feature films, using her passion for visual storytelling in high-profile projects.

Head of Post-Production
Sam Moseley
Sam Moseley, born 1998 in Kent, is an editor specializing in shortform post-production. His passion for cutting started during A-Levels and continued to Buckinghamshire New University where he earned a BA(hons) in Film & Television Production. Since graduation, he's freelanced on various projects and recently achieved recognition at the 2023 Monaco International Film Festival with an award-winning short film. Sam loves to cut all kinds of different projects and always enjoys a challenge. Outside of the Film & TV industry, Sam also aspires to be a musician.

Head of Scriptwriting
Rhys Wakeford
Rhys Wakeford, a screenwriter and script editor born in 1997 in West Sussex, UK developed a passion for film and TV in drama classes. He discovered his love for producing and writing during at Buckinghamshire New University, where he graduated with honors. Rhys writes screenplays for BBC Writers Open Call and collaborates with friends at Lone Lighthouse Productions, focusing on science fiction, fantasy, and thrillers. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, music, exercise, and novel writing, aspiring to develop video games.

Producer
Maria Wheeler
Maria Wheeler is transitioning into Film and TV Production after a successful career in technology program management. She has experience as a Production Assistant, Content Acquisition Manager, and lead producer for the London Short Series Festival. With strong project management skills, a passion for storytelling, and the flexibility to travel nationwide, Maria is eager to build a lasting career in the entertainment industry.

Nina Baric
Nina Baric is a dynamic production manager with a passion for theatre, music, film, events, and storytelling. As a talent manager of an established video director from Nigeria 'The Alien', she secures shootings, organizes workshops, and oversees organization’s operations. She also works in live theatre, curates live band performances, manages tours for artists and promoters and freelances on diverse projects. With experience as a casting manager and film/TV producer, Nina is expanding her skills in the theatre & film industries . Dedicated and goal-oriented, she thrives in fast-paced environments, consistently delivering exceptional results while connecting with new talent daily as a DJ.

Kimberley Hodgkiss
​Kimberly Hodgkiss is a 21-year-old screenwriter and filmmaker inspired by storytellers like Greta Gerwig, Charlie Kaufman, Richard Curtis, and Ken Loach. Passionate about exploring human nature, her work delves into the complexities of relationships and the profound impact of life's defining moments. Driven by a desire for authenticity, Kimberly crafts immersive narratives that foster connection and resonate on a deeply personal level. Through honest and vulnerable characters, she seeks to give a voice to those yearning to be understood in an increasingly superficial world.
